Easy Cherry Soup, Hungarian Style (lacto) 1 tablespoon flour 250 ml sour cream 1 l milk 1 tin sour cherries, pitted 1 tin black cherries, pitted 100 ml red wine Put on milk and juice from cherries to heat. Stir flour with sour cream until smooth and add to soup. Stir with whisk, add cherries and heat until just below boiling. Add wine, add sugar if desired. Simmer for a minute, then let it cool. This is a light soup, goes down well either warm (not hot) or cold.
