Current lists

These lists are active.
bind-users
deals with BIND, the most common DNS name server implementation. There is an extensive searchable archive. Subscription requests should be sent to bind-users-request@isc.org or alternately use the subscription form. This list is also available as the comp.protocols.dns.bind newsgroup. An abbreviated annoucements-only list for BIND is also available.
bind-workers
is the discussion forum of the testers of new versions of BIND. If you have time to contribute, and don't mind porting and testing prerelease software, subscription requests should be sent to bind-workers-request@vix.com. Note that the upcoming BIND 9 has a separate list, subscribe via bind9-workers-request@isc.org.
